How to fix your locals on the 360 elite

First go to menu then dish settings on echo 8.
Then go down to highlight the transponder hit ok.
then you will have a tp list i went to tp 12384
then hit the yellow button (edit tp)

the tp settings i had to change polarity to H it was V the symbol was correct at 20000 FEC is correct at 5/6 on tp 12384

this is what others have don to fix the local issue

o.k what i had to do is go in and delete the transponder that didn't work edit the one that did then scan that transponder to get locals my locals run on 3 different transponders
