cant get ppv

i did a factory reset when myfreeneeds came up and when i scaned sats ppv and east coast channels were not on my menu where i had them before also certain channels are locked. running es22 2028any help would be appreciated

i scanned 110 and 119 echo st 7 and echo st 8&x set up as single 119 was on port 1 110 was on port 2

ok but what is the quality and signal reading also you can try a blind scann and see if they come in
