Unable to connect to public servers. help pls!!!

Hi all.
I' ve been trying to setup my Limesat HD air since yesterday but having issues with scrambled channels. I think is because I get no public server when I do a server scan.
My bin version is 1.24
My network settings are:
static
ip 192.168.1.099
subnet mask 255.255.255.0
gateway 192.168.1.1
dns 1 192.168.1.1
dns 2 68.237.161.12

I confirmed that the settings match my config from my verizon router, also I am able to succefully ping the limesat box from my pc.
Any thoughts?

There is NO Public Server for any Limesat Receivers.

Only way you are going to watch any provider TV with any Limesat Receiver is to purchase a Private Pay Server Service.

Roket has the best price, for the whole year you can pay as much as the other x server for one month. Point. PPV movie 24 hours in the last 20 days, service is very good .. Why ....not Rocket?

ok so I decided to go for dx, and with the help of jhopps and 3fan I am trying to set up my box for 3 days now, still no luck. I scan and all the channels are there but no image and no sound.
I am connected to both servers 1 and 2 using dn on server 1 and bev on server 2, they r both showing ready. I am able to ping limesat box from my pc and get a reply.
Any thoughts?
