hd dish

i tried to get my nanolite and viewsat ultralite to work on my buddys hd dish, i get no signal quality, i noticed in another post about setting up a hd reciever/dish to change the sw21 to port1/2 for each sat, would this work or should i get him a hd reciever, if so which one is reccommended for inexpensive setup, thanks

Need some more info. If he is aimed at 129, mostly HD, you aren't going to get anything with an SD box.

when i did his system info his says something like- dpp Ik4, ik42,ik43,hd l750 , i am pretty sure he gots lots of hd chanels, i have looked into some hd recievers, nfusion, limesat, pansat,dreamlink, all hds, you think one of these may work, thanks

Forget any of your friends settings.

Lets concentrate on getting your a Dish that will get you the 3 Sats 110 / 119 / 129 and a HD Receiver that is presently working.
