I recall that name as being a site and not a server.
one of the heads of that site made a utube video on setting up some box, can't recall the brand, but heard he was busted by DN for doing so shortly afterwards.

$10.99 for 1 month membership to access files that are free elsewhere seems a bit excessive to me.
