Report BAD Vendor?

I would like to know the correct way to report a BAD vendor that advertises on several sites.
I purchased a Viewsat Ultra 12/26/07. I received automated confirmation of the order as well as automated e-mail stating that the delivery would be 1 - 5 business days.
After 5 days, I tried checking on the order just to get more automated e-mail stating orders should be received within 5 business days and that their phone lines are down.
I would like to prevent other people from seeing these ads and purchasing from this crook!
I want to state the business name but I don't want to make the site administrators angry.
Can anyone get me in the correct direction?

I agree with that, and also maybe also trying the attorney generals office and report them. Can you send me a private message and give me the name of the company so I know who to stay away from? Thank you for mentioning this, and it would be nice if the companies name could be put in this thread, but we don't know if the admins would be unhappy about it or not. One of those things. lolololol But please send me a PM with that companies name, and I will also let a few of my friends around here know about that company since they order products from several different companies so they will be protected.

Sandbagger, if you put this same info in the VIP Discussion Thread area; "read the caption under the area", then you can post the name and all info on this company. Just to be safe I would send a PM to Chainsaw our site Administrator, he's a good guy and I don't think he would want this to happen to anyone here on Pure.
