Glossary of Terms

Hi JP,
How about a glossary of terms that are frequently used on this site. Takes a lot of effort to find out what a P4 or P5 card is, and what exactly ECM stands for (I am thinking Electronic Counter Measures, but am not sure).
Would sure help newbies and some sophmores understand just what the heck is going on here.
