Bad home page design!

Have you noticed that the shoutbox is NOT resizable?
The problem is, that when watching the home page in Normal size (resizable in any size) the shoutbox stays put! Frozen! Dead!
And the vertical scroll bar is behind the screen.

Bad, not user friendly design.

I doubled the pixel size yesterday, if that has anything to do with something. :D

I do not think it is a screen resolution problem.
There is not such problem with the other forums.
